Who you are:   

You are a creative leader who is passionate about using video in a live environment to create engaging and inspiring content that supports the mission and vision of the church. It brings you joy to equip and empower a volunteer team. You are a problem-solver, able to think fast on your feet, and driven by a high level of excellence in execution. You have superb communication skills and can communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including church leaders, staff, and volunteers. Helping volunteers develop their technical skills & creative eye is your sweet spot. You are an excellent storyteller and constantly explore creative techniques to communicate in a live environment.  

What you’ll do:   

  • Provide video production support and oversight for weekend services and weekday events at all Lakepointe Campuses
  • Build, develop, and lead volunteer and contractor teams
  • Work alongside Central Production Pastor, Central Lighting Director, Central Worship Team, and Central Creative Team to establish and uphold Lakepointe Creative Standards
  • Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
  • Maintain all video production equipment and processes at all Lakepointe Campuses
  • Design and create the visual identity of the weekend
  • Lead the team for design the aesthetic of production elements
  • Keep a pulse on modern design trends in production environments
  • Weekly meetings with key volunteers across campuses
  • Create regular rhythms of training for video volunteer teams

Skills & Experience You’ve Had:   

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience building and leading teams in a live production environment preferred
  • Understanding of graphic design required
  • A shepherd's heart for ministry required
  • Familiar with Switchers, Cameras, Routers, LED Processors, ProPresenter, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. required
  • Growth in technical knowledge required
