What you'll do: 

  • Implement and lead the comprehensive strategy for off-campus Life Groups at the Rockwall campus
  • Identify potential new and emerging leaders moving them through the onboarding pipeline 
  • Provide pastoral and leadership direction to adults 
  • Serve as the Groups Pastor to multiple Life Groups  
  • Invest, train & equip current and future Life Group leaders & coaches  
  • Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
  • Help Lakepointe Church members find a Life Group  
  • Help lead with major Life Group projects/events, (Group Connect, Events, Marriage Night, etc.) 
  • Connect with Life Groups periodically as they meet or as needed.
  • Participate& leadin campus-wide initiatives and events 

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • Ability to handle confidential information 
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Database knowledge preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 5+ years of off-campus Groups ministry preferably in a large church setting
