What you'll do: 

  • Lead people confidently, authentically, and powerfully into worship
  • Lead worship services weekly. To include, but not limited to: leading rehearsals and service run-throughs, debriefing weekends, and providing feedback
  • Develop, build, and guard worship culture at the campus
  • Establish and maintain the excellence of the environment
  • Shepherd worship volunteers through pastoral care
  • Spot, recruit, onboard, develop worship volunteers
  • Be available for leading, planning, and participating in special events
  • Lead & develop the student worship teams with the goal of raising up the next generation of worship leaders and musicians
  • Other duties as assigned by Campus Pastor and Global Worship Pastor

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • 5 years of staff worship leadership experience
  • Leadership skills (including the ability to recruit and develop) preferred 
  • Creativity and a strong work ethic
  • Commitment to excellence
  • Highly proficient vocal
  • Musical talent may include but not limited to: instrumental, songwriting, ability to sing and coach harmonies
  • Strong communication skills on and off the stage
  • Basic understanding of music theory 
  • Basic abilities in DAW (Ableton, ProTools, Logic, etc.)
  • Band leadership and musical development
