What you'll do: 

  • Assist with the purchasing, organization and deployment strategy for all Lakepointe ministry resources including the internal ordering system
  • Help lead a volunteer team to resource campus teams with material goods required to execute ministry programming for all LP campuses
  • Manage purchase, organization and deployment of supplies for special events and summer programming
  • Ensure supplies and resources are organized and returned after each event
  • Provide campus teams with materials required for implementation of programming developed by Central Ministry teams
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring resources are on time, on budget, well organized and excellent quality

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • High School Diploma
  • Ministry experience preferred
  • Purchasing and fulfillment experience preferred
  • Ability to learn new software and programs
  • Ability to lead and encourage volunteers
  • High level of customer service
