Graphic Designer / Video Editor

STAFF LEVEL                    

Full Time, Exempt

40 hours per week, Monday – Friday                                                                      


Overall Summary:                                                                                                                                            

Produce creative print, digital and video content to forward the marketing strategies of Lakepointe Church.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Create eye-catching, effective designs for print, web and social media advertisements at the direction of Director of Strategic Marketing and Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing to create compelling, targeted graphic and video assets for social media advertising.
  • Provide graphics, landing page mockups, digital assets and design ideas for the collection of Lakepointe websites.
  • Maintain a knowledge of all video projects and useable footage in the video library.
  • Curate, edit, export, and deliver high quality videos for web and social media ads.
  • Work with the Data Analyst to find creative ways to visualize data and share data stories.
  • Produce attractive presentations and reports using creative visuals, charts, graphs and infographics with high level of creativity, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with other art and video teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms and channels.
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative planning by offering creative ideas to accomplish strategic marketing goals.
  • Take design projects from concept to production.
  • Grasp future creative trends, adapt, evolve, and implement accordingly into projects.


Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to work with a team guided by Biblical and cultural values.
  • Understanding of marketing strategies and audience segmentation.
  • Demonstrate ability to turn concepts and ideas into actionable designs.
  • Prove proficient in both graphic design and video editing/production.
  • Knowledge and command of Adobe’s Creative Suite.
  • Proficient in: Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, etc.
  • Ability to work on/manage many projects simultaneously.
  • Great attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Humble spirit that thrives in a team setting.
  • Craves creativity, productivity and excellence.


Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years video editing experience.
